Narrowly missed large gum tree
Four teenagers are lucky to be alive after they rolled their car a number of times, narrowly missing a large gum tree early yesterday morning (03.06.20).
They were travelling west along the Portland-Casterton Road at approximately 3am when the vehicle slid off the road on a right-hand bend.
The driver lost control, gone across the carriageway and down an embankment.
The 19-year-old Casterton driver and his three passengers (two men and a woman), were taken to the Hamilton Base Hospital for observation, none of the occupants suffered serious injuries.
